Autumn Heat Pump Discount – Terms and Conditions

Where the Customer has selected the “EDF Autumn Heat Pump Discount” the following terms and conditions shall apply:

The Discount

1. The discount is available to 100 Eligible Customers only and consists of a £1000 (one thousand pounds sterling) (including VAT) reduction in the total cost of a new Air Source Heat Pump (“ASHP”) installed by CB Heating (the “Discount”).
2. The Discount is provided by CB Heating Ltd (“CB Heating”) with company number 09885603 and is facilitated by EDF Energy Customers Limited (“we”, “EDF’) with company number 02228297, both companies incorporated in England and Wales with the registered address 90 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 4EZ.
3. By registering your interest in this Discount, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions (“you”, “the Customer”).
4. These terms and conditions are separate and supplemental to any other terms and conditions that you may have with CB Heating and EDF and will not affect the existing rights and obligations under those terms.

Eligibility

5. To be eligible for the Discount (“Eligible”), you must:

• at all times comply with these terms and conditions;
• be aged 18 or over;
• reside in Great Britain (the Discount is not available in Northern Ireland);
• register your interest in purchasing an ASHP within the Claim Period;
• pay the Deposit in accordance with CB Heating’s payment terms by the Deposit Date; and
• agree an appointment date with CB Heating to have the ASHP installed at your chosen site before the Appointment Deadline.

6. If at any point you are no longer Eligible due to the Appointment Deadline, you must immediately notify CB Heating and you will automatically no longer be entitled to the Discount.
7. EDF and CB Heating are under no obligation to award the Discount to an Eligible Customer who, in EDF or CB Heating’s’ sole discretion, becomes ineligible at any point prior to the Appointment

Participation

8. Without prejudice to Clause 5, in order to be Eligible for the Discount you must:

• register your interest in purchasing an ASHP between 11 November 2024 and 24 November 2024 inclusive (the “Claim Period”) by visiting EDF’s website or CB Heating’s website;
• pay CB Heating a deposit amount of 10% of the total quoted price (the “Deposit”) for the ASHP provided by and in accordance with CB Heating’s payment terms by 29^th November 2024 (the “Deposit Date”); and
• agree an appointment date with CB Heating to have the ASHP installed at your property by 30th April 2025 (the Appointment Deadline”).

9. Subject to Clause 5, the Discount will automatically be applied to the invoice sent to you by CB Heating prior to the Deposit Date.

Selection

10. Discounts will be awarded by CB Heating to 100 Eligible Customers who meet the Eligibility criteria described in Clause 5 and will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis in order of the Customers who have successfully paid the 10% deposit by the Deposit Date in accordance with Clause 8.2.

General

11. Subject to Clause 15, the Discount is available until the earlier of the end of the Deposit Period or where 100 Discounts have been awarded to Eligible Customers by CB Heating.
12. The Customer is entitled to one Discount per person, applicable to one ASHP to be installed at its chosen site.
13. The Discount is awarded to the Customer in accordance with Clause 10 and cannot be redeemed, traded or received in any other format.
14. CB Heating reserves the right to cancel or rearrange any agreed appointment date it has with the Customer for the installation of the ASHP. For the avoidance of doubt, any decision taken by CB Heating will not affect the Customers Eligibility where they have successfully agreed an appointment date prior to the Appointment
15. EDF reserves the right to extend, revoke, amend or replace the Discount and any of the terms and conditions contained herein, including but not limited to the Claim Period, Deposit Date and Appointment Deadline, or where it must comply with the decision of any relevant judicial or regulatory body, with immediate effect and shall not be held liable for doing The latest version of these terms will be available on our website.
16. By registering your interest in this Discount, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. If any information you submit is found to be fraudulent or incorrectly completed or if EDF or CB Heating has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions, you will automatically no longer be Eligible and EDF or CB Heating may withdraw or reclaim any Discount that has been awarded to
17. EDF and CB Heating are not liable to you for any loss you incur howsoever caused, including but not limited to any losses which arise from any technological or procedural omission, failure or error and/or any action or inaction by EDF, CB Heating or any other third party or event beyond direct control to which EDF or CB Heating may rely upon in order to provide the Discount to
18. By registering your interest in this Discount, you agree to your information being shared with and between EDF and CB Heating for the purposes of administering the Discount and the installation of the EDF’s privacy policy and CB Heating’s privacy policy shall apply to any data collected in connection with the Discount.
19. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation.
