We are looking for an In-House Desktop ECO Retrofit Assessor to join our growing and dynamic team, at our Brighton & Hove site. The role involves creating Pre-Energy Performance Reports (EPRs) and assessing viable installation measures for energy-efficient retrofits. The ideal candidate will evaluate properties, analyse data, and recommend appropriate retrofit solutions to meet ECO (Energy Company Obligation) standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of energy efficiency measures. Who are we? Owned by EDF, the UK’s largest generator of zero-carbon electricity, we’ve installed thousands of air source heat pumps all over the UK With over 20 years experience and significant revenue growth over the past two years, we require new roles to support our national expansion plans. About the role: Job title: In-House Desktop ECO Retrofit Assessor Employment type: Full time, Permanent Location: Hove (on-site) Working hours: Monday - Friday  9:00am to 5:00pm Salary band: £35k- £40k Key responsibilities will include:

• Review property data and create Pre-EPRs for retrofit assessments.
• Identify and recommend viable energy efficiency installation measures.
• Ensure compliance with ECO standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning and implementation.

  About you:

• Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Qualification
• Experience in energy efficiency or retrofit assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ECO guidelines and energy-saving measures.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

We are looking for a M&E Technical support Engineer to join our growing and dynamic team. About the role:

• Job title: M&E Technical support Engineer
• Role Location: Remote covering Cambridgeshire area
• Employment type: Full time, Permanent
• Working hours: Mo- Fri 8:30-17:00
• Salary band: £40k to 45k/ annum

Key responsibilities will include:

• You will be responsible for supporting engineers remotely and on site during ASHP installations.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot issues related to performance, efficiency, or malfunctions on installed ASHP in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs and maintenance for Air Source Heat Pumps as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits on ASHP installations.
• Provide technical support on site and over the phone.
• Conduct site surveys for air source heat pump installations.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during installations and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and codes.

  About you:

• You will have a minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant discipline.
• BPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installation. (we can provide training and certification if you do not have)
• You’ll be an experienced plumbing and heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault. find. You’ll also have domestic hot & cold-water system knowledge.
• You will have experience as Heating Engineer and fully understand domestic heating systems.
• Field Service Engineering M&E qualifications desirable.
• You’ll have experience of technical specifications & mechanical drawings.
• Good electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A driving license.

• Prioritise leads based on business demand/focus. Own critical first customer contact to introduce the business, outline the benefits of the ECO scheme and convert leads to successful sales.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end ECO Journey
• Make outbound phone calls to customers to determine person and property eligibility for warm leads from multiple marketing / referral channels
• Contact external parties to perform enhanced eligibility checks and gather sensitive information
• Stay informed on Industry developments to provide customers with up-to-date information
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of customer related compliance-based paperwork that will influence the success of all downstream activity

About you:

• Proven Sales Experience (ECO Sales experienced preferred but not essential)
• A driven individual with proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Timely and accurate database management
• Dealing with sensitive information and working within GDPR frameworks
• Good computer skills including Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
