We are looking for an In-House Desktop ECO Retrofit Assessor to join our growing and dynamic team, at our Brighton & Hove site. The role involves creating Pre-Energy Performance Reports (EPRs) and assessing viable installation measures for energy-efficient retrofits. The ideal candidate will evaluate properties, analyse data, and recommend appropriate retrofit solutions to meet ECO (Energy Company Obligation) standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of energy efficiency measures.

About the role:

Job title: In-House Desktop ECO Retrofit Assessor

Employment type: Full time, Permanent

Location: Hove (on-site)

Working hours: Monday – Friday  9:00am to 5:00pm

Salary band: £35k- £40k

Key responsibilities will include:

• Review property data and create Pre-EPRs for retrofit assessments.
• Identify and recommend viable energy efficiency installation measures.
• Ensure compliance with ECO standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning and implementation.

About you:

• Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Qualification
• Experience in energy efficiency or retrofit assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ECO guidelines and energy-saving measures.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
