Job title: Sales Consultants ECO
Employment type: Full time, Permanent
Working hours: Mo- Fri 9:00-17:00
Salary: £23,795 basic/ annum + You will earn commission for each enquiry that is successfully converted to a sale

Key responsibilities will include:

• Prioritise leads based on business demand/focus. Own critical first customer contact to introduce the business, outline the benefits of the ECO scheme and convert leads to successful sales.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end ECO Journey
• Make outbound phone calls to customers to determine person and property eligibility for warm leads from multiple marketing / referral channels
• Contact external parties to perform enhanced eligibility checks and gather sensitive information
• Stay informed on Industry developments to provide customers with up-to-date information
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of customer related compliance-based paperwork that will influence the success of all downstream activity

About you:

• Proven Sales Experience (ECO Sales experienced preferred but not essential)
• A driven individual with proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Timely and accurate database management
• Dealing with sensitive information and working within GDPR frameworks
• Good computer skills including Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
